hard pillows distant location
The pillows were hard i did not find a duvet cover. i think the cleaning staff did not understand their purpose. the hotel is far from the main areas a taxi is necessary

I experienced prompt service at the front desk. The staff efficiently handled my check-in. The sea view from my room was expansive, offering a great vista. I found convenient bus connections near the hotel making local transport easy.
The air conditioning was fixed at a temperature. I could not adjust it to a cooler setting.

friendly staff amazing views ideal location amazing meal
I experienced a friendly staff. My room offered amazing sea views. I found the location ideal, a bit removed from the resort center. Bthai restaurant provided an amazing meal with superb service. This was a definite highlight of my dining experiences.
The hotel's layout can be a bit confusing, especially when navigating between floors and accessing parking areas, which required some stair usage despite elevator access.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but there were some issues. the staff seemed demotivated and miserable. They actively avoided eye contact, especially when i wanted a drink. it is a shame because the hotel is beautiful and in a fine location.

amazing view gym equipment
I totally loved the location right on the beach with amazing views, it was so convenient. the gym surprised me too. It had enough equipment to keep up with my fitness routine, so i could burn off all the food i ate.
